HMCN’S VIP Executive Check-up Club - Membership Policy:
A. To perform a comprehensive VIP Executive Check-up as described above within (ninety) 90 days of payment of the membership fee.
B. Membership is valid for 12 months as of the date of payment by an individual member or by his company/organization/employer.
C. Notwithstanding our policy of limiting the number of annual check-ups, individual and corporate VIP Executive members will be assured the same number of subscribers for the following year(s), provided that members renew their membership not later than (three) 3 months prior to the expiry of their current subscription.
D. Corporations and organization may amend their list of members each year while keeping the same number of memberships as in the previous year.

E. Following completion of our limited membership capacity, the addition of individual members or subscribers under a corporate membership will be possible only through a ‘First Applied First Served’ waiting list. New member(s) will be accepted only if a current member elects not to renew his membership for the following year.
F. VIP Executive members are exempt from paying a registration fee for other HMCN services and are eligible for a 10% discount on all additional private medical consulting services, on other HMCN medical services (excluding pharmaceuticals and medicines), as well as on medical charges for surgery and consultations at HMC Israel.
