Mrs. Nkiruka Ugo-Okeke is a Nigerian trained Medical Laboratory Scientist registered by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN). She had her first degree in Parasitology and Entomology from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in 1992. She became an Associate of the MLSCN in 1999 graduating as the best student in Medical Microbiology. In 2002, she became a Fellow of the MLSCN also graduating as the best student in Hematology and Blood Group Serology.

She holds two second degrees in Medical Parsitology and Public Administration from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She is a registrant of the Health Professions Council, UK and a Member of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, UK.

She has about a decade working experience in the Public and Private sector.
