Logistic Services

HMCN arranges for the best possible medical treatment and offers moreover a wide range of 1st class logistic services for any patient traveling. Such services include:

Visa arrangements:
Entry visa to Israel (3 months single entry); should a medical treatment require more than three months, HMCN will be glad to assist in arranging for the required visa extension.
For all those who wish to fly British Airways, Virgin UK, Lufthansa, Air France or KLM we also assist in obtaining the respective transit visa.

Flight bookings:
Airline, class, special meals are all booked in advance and are subject to our patients wishes, needs and requests. Special mobile assistance, such as transportation vehicles at the airport, wheelchairs or crutches are arranged for in advance.

VIP reception and transfer from and to the airport:
Directly at the gate upon the patients' arrival to Israel. The representative of the VIP service will as well handle all immigration matters on behalf of the patient and assist with collecting everyone's luggage. Transfer from the airport to one of our partner hotels, will be operated by a limousine service with a private chauffeur. The same service will be taking the patient back to the airport on their day of departure.

Hotel accommodation:
The hotel of choice (one out of three luxurious 5-star hotels located directly or extremely close to HMC) will be booked in advance. Once the patient reaches the hotel, our liaison manager will be at the hotel expecting the patient. At this point check-in has already been completed and all the patient needs to do - is to receive the keys to the room.

Convenient extras:
To save roaming charges, HMCN provides its patients with a loaner cellular phone upon their arrival. This doesn't only save a lot of money 'wasted' on roaming it also provides them specially arranged rates to fixed and mobile phone networks in Nigeria and the UK.

Sightseeing in Israel:
Should it be the patient's wish, we are also happy to assist in booking private sightseeing or blessing tours to Jerusalem, Galilee or the Dead Sea.
